Return and Refund Policy

 

We are committed to ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your order and ultimately our quality of services.

That’s why most items purchased at Brewood Engravers may be returned for an exchange or refund within the first 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.

Personalized or customized products are ineligible for a refund or exchange. The accuracy of all submitted spelling, grammar, artwork, and other options on customized items is solely your responsibility when the order is placed. Otherwise, we are happy to reprint an order that is incorrect due to our mistake.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or clearance items cannot be refunded.

To expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within the shipment.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking services and purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Alternatively, if you are located within a reasonable distance from us, you can bring the product(s) in yourself.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brewood.net and send your item to return address indicated above.

 

Refusing Delivery

Any customer who refuses delivery of an undamaged product will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the order (including original and return shipping charges). This applies even if the delivery is refused without your consent.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
